Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in five different languages, the MULTIBANCO Network allows more than 60 operations to be carried out. It accepts several different national and international brands of cards and is considered one of the most secure networks in the world.

We ensure the centralised management of the ATM MULTIBANCO Network, from the planning of needs to the decommissioning process, and we guarantee permanent monitoring and technical assistance, maximising the respective levels of availability. We also provide 24×7 customer service and support for resolving doubts and troubleshooting anomalies.

All ATMs in the Multibanco Network are certified according to the current technical and security specifications for Payment Systems.

ATM EXPRESS NETWORK
A network with a special focus on foreign customers, designed for areas that attract large numbers of tourists. It offers greater convenience to foreign and national customers, allowing withdrawals with or without displaying the exchange rate of the operation, as well as balance and transaction queries.

Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in five different languages, this Network allows withdrawals with or without displaying the exchange rate of the operation, and balance and transaction queries. It accepts all of the main brands of cards, seeking to meet the needs of several types of customers: Visa, Visa Electron, VPAY, MasterCard, Maestro, Cirrus, MB, American Express, Eufiserv, Union Pay, Diners Club and Plus. Service payment/purchase operations, payments to the state and mobile phone recharges are also made available for national cards (MULTIBANCO scheme), and there are also plans to expand the operation to recharging transport tickets.

The ATM Express network is based on partnerships entered into between SIBS and Merchants, allowing the installation of an ATM Express to increase visibility, bring in more customers and boost the profitability of their business.
